Silver + Stone Ring! (June)

Grow your jewelry skills and leave with a finished, shining silver ring!

Choose from our selection of cabochon stones, and learn the skills needed to capture it in silver. Texture the silver to compliment your unique stone, solder your elements together, then sand and polish your ring to a brilliant shine. Students will learn how to set a cabochon stone into a bezel setting creating a ring. A cabochon is a gemstone that has been shaped and polished into a smooth, rounded, and unfaceted form, making it perfect for showcasing in a bezel setting. Techniques learned/honed during this class: sawing, sanding/filing, stamping, texturing, soldering, and stone setting.
