ServSafe Food Safety Training

Joe Alexander with Asheville Food Safety has 18 years experience, including as a health inspector in NC, as well as 10 years managing and restaurant ownership, giving a unique understanding of all aspects. Joe’s focus is to bring a greater understanding of not just what we need/must do for food safety, but WHY it’s required or recommended.

Included: handouts of the presentation to take home, class instruction, exam prep, exam voucher and proctoring, same day certificate. Retest if needed is $40.
