The Resonating Body: Sound, Movement, & Nervous System Renewal

  • The Resonating Body is a guided, experiential workshop exploring sound, movement, breath, and subtle energy practices as tools for grounding, nervous system regulation, and embodied vitality.

    Through fluid movement, vocal toning, qigong-inspired practices, and somatic tracking, participants will learn to listen to their bodies, release held tension, and cultivate a felt sense of ease and presence. 

    Drawing from Body Dialogue, Alexander Technique principles, Breathing Coordination, and poly vagal awareness, we’ll explore how voice and vibration can support self-regulation, expression, and emotional flow.

    The living voice becomes a companion to movement—supporting grounding, truth-telling, and inner listening. Simple, accessible practices will be offered that can be woven into daily life and existing yoga or movement practices.

    Madelyn will also share insights on supportive herbs and flower essences for nervous system balance and resilience.
