Publishing Possibilities: Dollars and Sense with Award-Winning Author, Kristin O

You're writing a book! But how do you decide which publishing path is the right one for you? There are many variables to consider such as cost, time, and how much control you'd like to have over the process. During this workshop Kristin Owens, award-winning author, will be at the Pack Library to discuss which publishing options are available and how to choose one that matches your goals and expectations. During this workshop you will be able to:

• Identify traditional, hybrid, and self-publishing options

• Outline the pros and cons of each (including costs)

• Gain insight from published authors about what they enjoyed while publishing and what they wished they knew beforehand
