Communication and Social Skills for Young Professionals

This presentation will provide young professionals with practical tips to improve their communication and social skills, including overcoming social anxiety, talking to strangers, public speaking, networking, and more. Attendees will leave with strategies they can immediately apply in their careers or job searches, along with the understanding that communication and social skills can be developed and strengthened over time. Audience members will also have the opportunity to ask questions at the end of the session.

Presenter Bio:

Doug Campbell is a writer, speaker, and trainer for people who need to improve their communication and social skills. He is a graduate of Furman University and a regular networker, having attended hundreds of networking events over the years. In 2021 he wrote the book The 200 Communication Commandments: Practical Tips for Personal and Professional Situations (Rowman & Littlefield publishing).
