With more than 90 luxury fashion brands, six stellar restaurants, and an open-air courtyard of verdant palm trees and sparkling ponds filled with colorful koi fish and cheerful turtles, Bal Harbour Shops has been a beloved shopping destination since its debut in 1965.

While it’s impossible to fully recreate the distinct experience of visiting us in Bal Harbour, we’re bringing a curated version of that beloved atmosphere to Western North Carolina. The Bal Harbour Shops Access Pop-up transforms 30 modular shipping containers at Tanger Outlets Asheville into an oasis inspired by the elegance of our Miami home, housing an array of luxury fashion, jewelry, and lifestyle brands. Stroll shaded walkways, relax under a canopy of palms, and indulge at our signature restaurant, The Whitman.

Bal Harbour Shops is dedicated to the mission of bringing a positive impact to Asheville through supporting and partnering with local vendors, aligning with charities for mission-driven activations, and contributing to the comeback of Asheville with a give-back pledge directing a portion of overall Pop-up sales throughout its duration to benefit Hurricane Helene Recovery.
