New Year's Eve at Xico

  • Xico, first of its kind ‘Cocina de Fuego’ and Marisqueria, invites guests to welcome 2026 with a celebratory New Year’s Eve dinner featuring a thoughtfully curated tasting menu alongside limited a la carte specials. Known for its modern Mexican cuisine and vibrant atmosphere, Xico is offering an elevated yet approachable way to mark the final night of the year.

    On December 31st, the New Year’s Eve prix-fixe menu showcases entirely new dishes. Curated by Executive Chef Scott Linquist, the exclusive offerings highlight bold flavors and wood-fired cooking that define Xico, showcasing authentic Mexican ingredients rooted in tradition. Priced at $75 per person, the dinner includes a 4-course tasting menu complete with sides. Upon arrival, guests will receive a welcome glass of champagne and Tostadita topped with seared Hokkaido scallop, avocado crema, royal osetra caviar on a mini crispy tortilla. Additional menu highlights include:

    • Ensalada Noche Buena: roasted red and yellow beets, jicama, citrus segments, avocado, goat cheese, pomegranate seeds, toasted cashews tossed in a chipotle honey lime vinaigrette
    • Barbacoa: Oaxaca style Australian lamb shank, marinated in adobo and roasted in fresh banana leaf accompanied by a traditional lamb consommé for dipping and and homemade tortillas
    • Cochinita Pibil: Yucatan style slow roasted achiote marinated Heritage pork shoulder served with habanero pickled onions and homemade tortillas
    • Pescado a la Talla: Josper grilled whole branzino with two sauces; jalapeno cilantro and lime butter and ancho chile and garlic butter served alongside olive oil poached tomatoes
    • Pastel Elote: Sweet corn basque style cheesecake infused ith canela baked apples drizzled in a tequila añejo cajeta sauce

    Please note, the full table must select the price-fixe menu to enjoy. The above dishes will also be available a la carte, allowing for a more personalized dining experience while still enjoying partaking in the festivities. Festive guests can also enhance their experience with tequila and mezcal craft cocktails or curated wine pairings. The celebratory dinner is perfect for guests looking to enjoy an indulgent night out before midnight.
