Paul Sheldon has survived the crash — but he’s not sure that’s a good thing.

Rescued from a Colorado snowbank by his self-proclaimed number one fan, the bestselling romance novelist finds himself bedridden and dependent on Annie Wilkes, a devoted reader who offers to nurse Paul back to health.
