Melt & Breathe: Conscious Connective Breathwork + Myofascial Release

  • Join visiting facilitator Nicoletta of Chameleon Breathwork for a deeply grounding two-hour experience designed to help you release tension, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your body.

    This workshop weaves together gentle myofascial release and conscious connective breathwork to support the softening of stored physical and emotional patterns. We’ll begin with guided fascial unwinding to open areas of common holding — such as the jaw, chest, hips, and diaphragm — before transitioning into a supported breathwork journey that encourages deeper awareness, clarity, and nervous system reset.

    This experience is trauma-informed, choice-based, and accessible to all levels. No prior breathwork experience is necessary. Participants will leave feeling more embodied, regulated, and connected from the inside out.
