Lowen feat Derian Blane Artist ReLeaf Concert

Jul 25, 2026
6:30 PM - 9:30 PM
  • Born in response to the devastating impacts of Hurricane Helene, the Artist ReLeaf Series provides meaningful paid performance opportunities for artists whose livelihoods were disrupted while creating a welcoming space for the community to gather and and connect. The series is made possible by Leaf’s Local Artist ReLeaf Fund, which provides direct financial support to artists and community-based creative initiatives.

Each Artist ReLeaf event is an opportunity to invest directly in the artists who shape the cultural fabric of our region. By attending, donating, or sharing these performances, you become part of a collective effort to ensure that the music, traditions, and artists who bring light to our communities continue to thrive for years to come.

Lowen (Emily Kopp) is a songwriter, producer, multi-instrumentalist and artist. Before creating her raw and revelatory debut body of work, Lowen experienced a transformation that entirely reshaped her identity as an artist. After releasing music, touring the country independently and eventually landing in an early burnout, she embarked on the adventure of a lifetime, taking months at a time in living in countries across the globe, where she found her balance.

Soon after returning to the U.S. she moved to Nashville and started writing songs again. This time embracing her instincts more fully than ever. To honor that profound shift in perspective, she began creating music under the name Lowen (a nod to her mother’s maiden name & Jewish German ancestors who’d emigrated to Colombia). She deliver’s unguarded honesty while tapping into the vibrant musicality she first began cultivating as a child. It’s organic, it’s raw, it’s rock.
