Jettie Rae's x Dalaya Thai: A Coastal Collaboration

Something special is happening at Jettie Rae's. We're teaming up with Chef Kanlaya "Gun" Supachana of Dalaya Thai Cuisine, the beloved Sylva restaurant and James Beard semifinalist trained in Northern Thai Lanna tradition, for a one-night-only collaboration.

For this dinner, Gun is turning her attention south, to the coastal, seafood-driven flavors of Southern Thailand, a natural match for Jettie Rae's fresh catch.

Expect Jettie Rae's market-driven seafood meeting bold Southern Thai flavor, a six-course menu built from two kitchens and two coastal traditions that somehow speak the same language.

Guests will have the option to add curated wine pairings or cocktails to complement each course.
