Intro to Sewing Machine Maintenance

Have you ever taken your sewing machine apart? Did you know it’s recommended that you clean and oil your machine after every project or every 3 bobbin changes? Most ‘broken’ sewing machines are actually just dirty or dry machines! It can be intimidating to take your machine apart to clean it, but that’s what this class is for! Bring your own machine or borrow one, just let us know which route you’re taking when you purchase a ticket so we can plan accordingly. If you are bringing your own machine, it’s recommended that you bring a copy of your machine’s manual if you have it. You can usually find a copy online by searching your machine’s make and model + “manual.”
