Harmonic Mindfulness Soundbath

Nov 17, 2026
7:00 PM - 8:15 PM
  • This 75-minute deep listening and meditation experience is designed to support relaxation, emotional release, and inner healing.

The session begins with a grounding meditation and breathwork session that invites awareness of the sounds around and within while deepening the breath. From there, participants are gently guided into a rich soundscape composed of NTHNL’s original field recordings and electronically generated binaural beats—crafted to quiet the mind and facilitate inner expansion and journeying.

Over this ambient foundation, NTHNL performs live on a variety of wind instruments, weaving a soothing, immersive musical journey. The experience is a carefully choreographed healing composition that flows effortlessly through distinct sonic spaces, supporting introspection, presence, and deep inner transformation.
