Resources For Resilience is an Asheville-based n onprofit organization sharing practical tools and research-based resources for individuals, teams, and communities to manage stress and prevent burnout.
In the year following Helene, we continue to hold space for WNC residents, professionals, and leaders to find community healing and connection. Thanks to our generous partners, we are able to offer FREE educational programming, workshops, and trainings to strengthen connection and learning across the region.
These events are offered both in person across the Western North Carolina region, and online for your convenience and accessibility.
