Get Unstuck: Shed the Stress and All the BS

  • Chronic tension rarely comes from one tight muscle. It comes from holding too much for too long. This workshop helps you spot those patterns and start to shift them.

    You’ll learn the four common stress responses and how to move with, not against these patterns. 

    We’ll use mobility, somatics, and playful exploration to unravel stress that gets stored in the body. Expect squirmy transitions, nervous system resets, and practical ways to move when you feel stuck, anxious, frozen, or wired.

    You’ll leave with tools you can use at home, while traveling, at work, or on your mat.

    Leave feeling lighter in your body and clearer in your mind.
