Full Moon Sound Bath

We will use the vitality and potency of the Full Buck Moon to step into our personal power, celebrate your inner growth, and embody the abundance and fullness of summer. We will use simple movement, breathwork, meditation, and a 60-minute sound bath to clear away blockages and drop deep into a state of dreamlike rest.

We'll begin by circulating and activating the abundant summer vitality within us through simple Kriya movements, followed by Pranayama to release excess summer heat and to soothe the nervous system. We will practice a short meditation to center our intentions and then transition into a calming 60-minute sound immersion.

Sound baths promote deep release and relaxation, and entrain our brainwaves to shift into a dreamlike state. This gentle, grounding practice is open to everybody—no experience needed. Simply come as you are and allow yourself time to unwind, recharge, and reconnect.
