    The restorative relaxation created while practicing Yoga Nidra invites people to reduce stress, improve sleep, and balance their nervous system, all while simply slowing down and listening to a soothing guided meditation. These benefits extend beyond the session, and with repetition support calm in your daily life.

    The library can provide yoga mats for ten people. If you need a yoga mat, please register on the library's website. If you plan on bringing a yoga mat, then simply show up.
