First Friday Art Walk Relaunch | Downtown Arts District

The Downtown Arts District (DAD), in partnership with Capua Law, Sound Mind Design, and Thrive Asheville, announces the re-launch of First Fridays Art Walk for the 2026 season.

On Friday, May 1, from 5–8 PM, explore galleries, studios, restaurants, and cultural spaces across downtown Asheville. Visitors are invited to experience new exhibitions, meet artists, and enjoy special installations and refreshments throughout the district.

Participating venues include Gallery Mélange, Lexington Glassworks, Asheville Gallery of Art, American Folk Art & Framing, Benjamin Walls Gallery, Gallery Cor, Bender Gallery, Blue Spiral 1, Horse + Hero, Sew Co. Asheville, Asheville Community Theatre, Art Beat Gallery, Ariel Gallery, Haen Gallery, Noir Collective AVL, Center for Craft, Print House Asheville, UpMarket Gallery, and more.
