This dance’s intention: Who Lights the Sun

Everything is vibration. Every atom, every heartbeat, every thought hums at its own frequency. And light is what lets a frequency rise.
We look up at the sun and assume it burns on its own.

But nothing shines alone. Somewhere below, a single ember sends its warmth upward in a thousand quiet threads. Each thread is a signal, a pulse of energy that lifts the sun higher. The sun is only as bright as the light it receives.

We are the same. We don’t climb to a higher frequency by force. We get tuned there by light: a person who sees us clearly, a sound that cracks something open, a moment of stillness, a memory that still glows. Light carries everything a body needs to vibrate higher. It brings warmth, clarity, direction, and the courage to keep burning when the world goes dark.

Without it, we fall quiet. With it, we resonate.
This wave is for the ember behind your sun. It’s for the source you rarely name but always feel. Follow the threads down and you’ll find it.
Then ask yourself, and mean it: who lights you?
And whose sun are you lighting?
