This dance’s intention: Rise and Shine

As we draw closer to the Summer Solstice—the longest day of light—there is an invitation to shine like the sun without holding back. Connect and project your radiance. Rise and dance from your essence. Allow light to move into any place within that longs for tenderness, healing, or renewal. Let the music move through you like sunlight through a forest, illuminating what is ready to awaken.

Together, we will create hundreds of points of light, sparkling throughout our dance temple. With every step, every breath, every joyful expression, we dissolve a little more heaviness and remember the simple miracle of being alive. Come shine like the sun. Come add your light to the collective glow

Kristikka loves creating a sacred container that takes you on an inward journey utilizing rhythm to move us from quiet embodiment to chaos and down into stillness and integration. She feels that movement is medicine, weaving intention and a rich blend of world beats where it’s possible to be with what is and open to what wants to be seen, felt and moved.
