Music awakens us, tells our stories, dances our angry or bitter or broken hearts until they are tender again.
Music connects our left and our right brains, our town with your city, our tribe.
Music is the universal language. The closest distance between two hearts. The introduction and the epilogue.
Music has been there when we have fallen down and is there to remember us up.

Sara’s mix-making arises from musical exploration. She seeks to understand energy through somatic responses to sonic vibrations. Her facilitation is propelled by a desire to help build and sustain community by creating a safe, loving container for self-expression, connection and release.
