As we move through the season of expansion, we are invited to experience awareness and insight. We can begin to expand our love and compassion to ourselves and others. We can see how joy and suffering, attachment and abandonment are part of the cycle of our lives.

About the Facilitator: Marta Martín

Marta (she/her/ella) has been part of AMC since she moved to Asheville from Surfside, FL in 2008. She has been teaching movement for over 30 years, using music and movements from around the world.

She loves to motivate people to find freedom in their bodies so they can dance to the spirit.
