This dance’s intention: Collective Consciousness

Have we ever thought of a friend and they called? Noticed something for the first time and then it appeared everywhere? Are there coincidences? We are connected to the collective consciousness in many ways. Which line of connection will we choose? Being called to the collective consciousness of our dance floor, may we choose love, forgiveness and consent.

About the Facilitator: Marta Martín

Marta (she/her/ella) has been part of AMC since she moved to Asheville from Surfside, FL in 2008. She has been teaching movement for over 30 years, using music and movements from around the world.

She loves to motivate people to find freedom in their bodies so they can dance to the spirit.
