As we are moving towards shorter days, back to school and work or just a time to look inward; we are invited to shine our inner light and share it with those who may have lost connection to their own brightness.

About the Facilitator: Marta Martín

Marta (she/her/ella) has been part of AMC since she moved to Asheville from Surfside, FL in 2008. She has been teaching movement for over 30 years, using music and movements from around the world.

She loves to motivate people to find freedom in their bodies so they can dance to the spirit.
