Easter Brunch at Xico Asheville

This Easter, Downtown Asheville’s ‘Cocina de Fuego’ Xico invites friends and families to experience a festive brunch celebration. More recently, the wood-fired concept also recently unveiled their new weekend brunch featuring Mexican inspired twists on classics. Guests can now enjoy this new offering every Saturday and Sunday making Easter Sunday the perfect occasion to experience. 

With more than 30 years of experience specializing in Mexican cuisine, Executive Chef Scottt Linquist is cooking up a special Easter Brunch menu filled with inventive takes on classic favorites, alongside signature dishes, bright spring flavors and handcrafted cocktails. Just for the holiday, Executive Chef Scott Linquist is cooking Pomegranate Glazed Rocky Mountain Lamb Ribs ($28) served with an Ensalada de Calle made of jicama, cucumber, pineapple, radish tossed in chipotle citrus vinaigrette and tajin. Menu highlights include Huevos Rancheros ($19), Arrachera con Huevos ($28) Chilaquiles con Huevos ($19) and Pan Torrejas ($18) with a Tres Leches twist topped with fresh berries, maple syrup, whipped cream, and candied pecans.

Guests can toast to the holiday with creative Mexican-inspired drinks like a Michelada ($10) served with a can of Tecate can and a tincture of fresh lime, Valentina hot sauce, Worcestershire, Maggi, Tajin and topped with a pickled jalapeno, Blueberry Hugo Spritz ($16) layered with muddled blueberries, St-Germain, mint, Cava and soda and a frozen Horchata ($16) blended with Tia Maria Coffee Liqueur and garnished in a cinnamon sugar rim.
