In this class participants will cover the best ways to ‘finish’ sewn seams in order to make them stronger and more-beautiful, even from the ‘wrong’ side!

Participants will learn different finishing techniques by making their own sample swatches including:

- Pinked Seams
- Zig Zag Stitch
- Serging*
- French Seams
- Flat Felled Seams
- Mock Flat Felled Seams
- Bias Binding
- Hong Kong Seam Finish

Participants will make sample swatches of each type of finish as time allows and get a chance to prioritize stiches based on interest. Walk away with a take-home technique guide, your sample swatches, and the skills to perfect your garments using a variety of seam finishes.
