Community Yoga Flow benefitting Pisgah Legal Services

To benefit July's Spotlight Organization - Pisgah Legal Services - we will be hosting a donation-based vinyasa flow with 100% of proceeds benefiting PLS.

Pisgah Legal Services is a nonprofit that provides free civil legal aid to the most vulnerable people in WNC: disadvantaged children, seniors, at risk families & domestic violence victims.

Our vinyasa flow focuses on stretching and strengthening with powerful, steady movement.

Suggested donation $25 but there is no minimum.

Great for all experience levels.
