This experiential workshop will allow you to go beyond your mind, enabling you to access a deeper connection with yourself and the world around you.

You may experience powerful emotions, recieve unexpected guidance, or even find that your body has released long-held aches and pains.

While sometimes intense, breathwork is an incredibly safe and simple modality. All that is required is a little bit of focus and effort to get beyond your normal waking state.
