The Path Forward Foundation benefiting artists, musicians and small busisnesses impacted by Helene will hold its second annual fundraiser from 6-10 p.m. on Oct. 10, 2026 at Blue Star Gallery, 867 Haywood Road, 28806. Tickets are $75 each and entitle each guest to a night of Bluegrass music by the new Darren Nicholson band, an upscale pig pickin' by Chef Michelle Bailey, beer and wine supplied by Burial Brewery and Botanist and Barrel. There also will be a silent auction featuring the work of WNC artists, as well as other donated gifts.
