Birds & Brews: Live Raptor Presentation

May 30, 2026
4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
  • Join us for our 4th annual one-of-a-kind afternoon at our Birds & Brews Festival—where conservation meets community (and great beer ). We’re bringing together local wildlife organizations, plant lovers, and nature enthusiasts for a fun, educational, and impactful event—all in support of Wild for Life. We’ll be joined by several local organizations, including Blue Ridge Audubon Chapter, ReWild AVL, and Charlie’s Angels Animal Rescue, who will be sharing information about their work and ways to get involved. The highlight of the event will be a live raptor presentation from Wild for Life, featuring birds of prey and a chance to learn more about native wildlife and conservation efforts. We’ll also have a native and house plant swap, along with free raffles and additional paid raffles. We will be raffling off a $4,000 gift certificate for Camp Cody in New Hampshire. Camp Cody is a traditional summer camp situated on nearly one hundred acres for both girls and boys in ages from seven to fifteen. All proceeds from the event will benefit Wild for Life. Whether you’re a bird enthusiast, plant lover, or just looking for a unique way to spend your afternoon, Birds & Brews Festival has something for everyone. And after the event we will have live music from Mountain Medicine on our outdoor stage!
