Bees Knees Ice Cream makes a comeback exclusively in Black Mountain for Sourwood Festival!

Bees Knees contains local mint and honey plus rose and lavender, combining to make one of our favorite all time flavors at The Hop! This is also inspired by a Dobra Tea drink of the same name.

Special shout to Bountiful Cities FEAST Gardens at Hall Fletcher & Lucy S. Herring Elementary Schools for the mint as well as Haw Creek Honey for helping make this flavor even better

PS There is a pretty good chance we'll be giving out samples in the street during the festival :)
