    Come celebrate the 106th birthday anniversary of the amazing Wilma Dykeman at the Mission Health / A-B Tech Conference Center! Honoring a Legacy of Change

    Wilma Dykeman was a native of these mountains, an author, and an activist for the people and places of Appalachia. The Wilma Dykeman Legacy continues her work by protecting natural resources, advancing social justice, and uplifting Appalachian culture through education, advocacy, and the arts.

    Doors open at 5:30 P.M.
    Program begins at 6:00 P.M.
    Free parking in the spacious parking deck connected to the A-B Tech Conference Center.
    Each ticket holder will receive a copy of the Digital Keepsake.

    Heavy hors d'oeuvres from Kente Kitchen, birthday cake and cupcakes.

    PROGRAM:
    Asheville singer-songwriter Lyric - a perennial Best of WNC winner.
    Storyteller Becky Stone offering a tribute to photographer and theater artist Andrea Clark.
    Wilma Dykeman Legacy President Jim Stokely reflecting on his mother's life and legacy.
    Line dancing led by Asheville's own Brenda Mills.
