Asheville Radio Museum 5th Annual Vintage Radio Market

The museum and vendors from near and far will offer many kinds of restored and restorable vintage radios, parts, accessories and books. In addition, attendees can visit and tour the museum throughout the day. Parking and admission to the museum and market is free.

The will debut an expanded display of vintage audio and hi-fi equipment, including phonographs dating from the late 1800s. Visitors are encouraged to bring their vintage radios or photographs as museum experts will be on hand to identify and share insights about each radio’s manufacturer, year of production, and distinguishing features. They can also provide information on local repair resources to help restore these timeless pieces.

The market will be held on the 4th level of the A-B Tech parking garage, conveniently located next to the Mission Health Conference Center—set GPS devices to 16 Fernihurst Drive, Asheville, NC. The museum, a short walk from the garage, is located in the Elm Bldg., third floor room 306.
