🙏 Use affirmative prayer to become more intentional about what we carry forward

This gathering offers an opportunity to approach ancestral healing with both spiritual openness and grounded compassion—acknowledging that our histories can contain both gifts and challenges.

🌟 About Rev. Karen E. Patrick, MSW

Rev. Karen E. Patrick is an ordained Unity minister, retired psychotherapist, educator, meditation teacher, and longtime student of spiritual healing and compassionate awareness.

Her work brings together practical psychology, spiritual wisdom, meditation, energy healing, and more than forty years of exploring what helps us remember who we truly are.

Karen volunteers with women and children at Transformation Village, and her book, Discovering Compassion: For Spiritual Grown-Ups, will soon be published.

And then, perhaps, she can finally return to her primary goal in life: becoming the person her beagle, Buddy, already thinks she is—wise, wonderful, and always ready to cuddle. 🐶💕
