2026 Western North Carolina Parade of Homes

The Western North Carolina Parade of Homes, presented by Warmstead, returns October 17-18 and October 24-25 with a free, self-guided tour of new homes and renovations across Asheville, Hendersonville, Brevard, Black Mountain, Weaverville, and surrounding communities. Hosted by the Builders Association of the Blue Ridge Mountains, the annual event gives visitors the opportunity to tour exceptional homes, discover the latest trends in architecture, interior design, and energy-efficient construction, and meet the builders behind the projects.
