36 ounces of mussel (approximately)
1 tbsp. olive oil
Salt to taste
Fresh ground pepper to taste
6 tbs. chopped green onions
3 tbs. chopped garlic
2 tbs. chili flake
2 cups white wine
4 cups clam or fish stock
5 tbs. chopped parsley
2 tbs. chopped chives
3 tbs. butter
3 tbs. citrus infused oil

Heat sauté pan and add oil and mussels. Season with salt. When mussels begin to open, add garlic, green, onions and chili flake. When garlic begins to brown add white wine and stock. Cook until mussels are completely open. Add herbs, butter, and infused oil. Place in bowls and serve with bread
