James Beard semifinalist Brian Canipelli, chef and owner of Cucina 24, leads the food program.
► 12 Bones Smokehouse will ring in the New Year with a new restaurant and brewery in South Asheville, serving up barbeque-friendly brews and offering ample seating for the ultra-popular restaurant.
