Outside of the Staff and Board Presentation, what stakeholders do you expect need to be engaged during the process?

Should the consultant expect to engage stakeholders directly, or will Explore Asheville serve as the primary conduit for stakeholder input?

Given the tight timeline, does Explore Asheville anticipate a limited review and feedback process?

How will the TPDF & LIFT Fund Committees be involved?

Will the impact models need to be delivered in editable formats (e.g., Excel or CSV) for future decision making?

Scope of Project Evaluation

Should the consultant prioritize previously identified project ideas, or also explore new capital opportunities not yet on the radar?

Will the consultant be expected to estimate capital costs and impacts for previously approved TPDF projects?

Can you clarify what you’re looking for as part of the high-level cost-benefit analysis?

What data subscriptions and resources does Explore Asheville have available?

How does Explore Asheville track group sales, and how much historical data will be provided to analyze past event activity?

How does Explore Asheville currently measure resident sentiment about tourism?
