Biltmore has partnered with the artisan roasters at H.C. Valentine Coffee Company for close to 5 years to provide guests of Biltmore Estate with single origin, Fair Trade, organic coffee from the growers of Cosagual Cooperative in the high mountains of Honduras. These partnerships, the superb quality of our coffee, and commitment to legacy of sustainability all led us to open Biltmore Coffee Company and serve our neighbors in downtown Asheville.

Working closely with the experts at H.C. Valentine, we have expanded our signature roast of Honduran beans to offering both a Bold and Espresso roast version from the same cooperative. In addition to our partnership with the Cosagual Cooperative, we are looking to other areas of the world that grow the best high grown coffee, and fit our commitment to Fair Trade, single source and organic growing practices. For our opening, we introduce Mayan Roast from the high mountains of southern Mexico. Look for future introductions of coffees from around the world.
