The new Pisgah bottles are arriving Tuesday (bottle-conditioned Pale, Valdez and Vortex II in 22oz). Yes, this is an off-day tasting--Tuesdays are kinda slow for both of us and we get bored sometimes, so why not have a Tuesday Tasting to kick off the bottle releases?
