After a successful debut, the NOC/Dagger Freestyle Shootout kayak rodeo is bigger and better in 2009. Compete against kayaking's rising stars for major prizes, or be a spectator to the coolest moves on the water. This is western North Carolina's only professional freestyle kayaking event.
